Service scope

Tremova Labs offers technical SEO reviews, content planning, local search guidance and strategy reviews for existing websites. A written scope confirms the selected package, deliverables and review points before work begins. Website implementation, advertising and third-party tools are excluded unless expressly included in that scope.

Pricing and payment

Displayed package prices are in USD and cover the full period shown, rather than a monthly charge. Payment arrangements and any continuation are agreed before work starts. Review the written scope, total price, applicable taxes, delivery schedule and cancellation terms before making a payment. No payment is collected by the enquiry form.

Service delivery

Services are delivered remotely. Reports, recommendations and review materials are supplied electronically through the delivery method agreed for your engagement. There are no physical goods to ship or return.

The written scope confirms the start date, delivery milestones, review schedule and information required from you. Package duration is the period of guidance; it is not a promise of a particular search-engine result. Missing information, access or feedback may affect timing. Any revised schedule should be agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your website, services, audience and service areas, and ensure you have authority to share materials or grant access. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form or ordinary email. You retain ownership and control of your website and accounts.

Refunds & cancellations

To request a cancellation or refund, email contact@tremovalabs.com with your name, package, payment reference if applicable and a description of your request. Do not include full payment-card details.

Before payment, your written service agreement must specify cancellation notice, refund eligibility before and after work begins, treatment of completed work and any approved third-party costs. It must also specify the refund method and processing timeframe. Ask for those terms before paying if they are missing.

For an existing engagement, the agreed terms and applicable law determine any amount due or refundable. If a deliverable is missing or does not match the agreed scope, contact us with the details so the issue and an appropriate resolution can be reviewed. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider dispute rights.

SEO outcomes

Search rankings, traffic and revenue depend on factors beyond any provider’s control, including your implementation, competition and search-engine updates. Tremova Labs does not guarantee a ranking position, traffic level, revenue result or fixed time to achieve results. The commitment is to the agreed service deliverables.

Contact Tremova Labs promptly about a service concern and include the relevant written scope and details of the issue. Any engagement-specific terms should be provided before purchase. Nothing on this page overrides rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
